Review: Paper Towns

Anyone else love this new cover to Paper Towns?!?

Last summer, when John Green’s TheFault in Our Stars rocked the bestsellerlist, I was fortunate enough to work with the publicity team at Penguin and attend a preview showing of the film adaptation. Unfortunately, despite loving the film, I had not yet read the book and missed out on discovering the story in Green’s words. I have since read a few of his books and, with the film release of Paper Towns fast approaching, I decided I better get reading.

Paper Towns is about Quentin and his love for the legendary adventuress Margo Roth Speigelman. Part of the high school elite, Margo is famous for herescapades, from running away with the circus to drinking backstage with a rockband. One night, Margo appears at Quentin’s window and takes him on a thrill-seeking mission of across their paper town– a night that changes things between them.
