I’ve always enjoyed horror stories told by fellow workers in the customer service industry, I’m not sure if it’s due to the strange sense of relief I feel when I realise that I don’t have to suffer customers anymore.  I think back to the time when I worked in call centre and a customer called me a c**t due to the fact I asked for his name. I learned quickly that people are rude and downright bizarre. I also learned that there’s nothing like a tale of revenge.
