*Just a little information before I get this review started: this book is quite possibly my new favorite book. Maybe. Also, above is an attached picture of a drawing I did in honor of the book. I promise it doesn’t look as dull as it perceives. 😦

The circus arrives without warning. No announcements precede it. It is simply there, when yesterday it was not. Within the black-and-white striped canvas tents is an utterly unique experience full of breathtaking amazements. It is called Le Cirque des Rêves, and it is only open at night.

Narrative
Beautiful. Exquisite. Amazing. I can’t even begin to elucidate upon any of it without feeling like I’d be understating everything this magical thing with paper holds. Morgenstern has a wise and poetic way with words, always managing to enchant my wondrous mind with the vivid descriptions she gave…
